Can I exchange my item for a different size?

No. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.

Measurements may vary by ±1-2cm between production batches. For the best fit, compare our measurements with a T-shirt you already own.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the purchase value of the affected item will be issued.

Can I contact you via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp?

No. To ensure all claims are tracked properly, all requests must be submitted via email to readywearofficial@gmail.com.

Requests submitted through social media channels cannot be processed.

How long does it take to process a claim?

Claims are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days.

Are sale items eligible for exchange?

Promotional, clearance, bundle, and free gift items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or incorrect.
